A former teacher, I moved to Manchester, England, this year after getting married. Well, after getting married and then going (along with 25 other friends) on a mega-trip that went from Sedona to Vegas.
Now, I’m looking for other things besides teaching to try my hand at. I’m lucky enough to be able to review books occasionally for the very cool bookgeeks, and I’ve reviewed books from Gollancz, Canongate, and Penguin for their website and a ton of others for this one. I’m keeping busy helping friends and family write/rewrite content for their websites, applications for college, and various and sundry things that can use a little polishing.
I’m also busy looking for places to horseback ride, but I’m sure you’ll hear more about that later. That, and the fact that I fell in love with announcing at horse shows while in the U.S., so if you hear a strange American talking over a P.A. system near you, it might be me.
